A Message from Our President
It is truly amazing how fast one year goes by. I have been with the credit union one year, September 22, and I must say I have never enjoyed a stay as much as I have enjoyed my first year with IC. The old adage “Time flies when you're having fun” certainly applies here. The Board of Directors, management team, staff and members have welcomed me into the credit union with much warmth and respect. I recognize that our strength revolves around the relationship with our Members. Our goal is to continue to build that special relationship we have with each Member.
During the past year, I have had the privilege of visiting each of our branches and meeting many of you, our Members. I enjoy meeting new faces within the credit union and around the local communities and I look forward to meeting many more. Our goal is clearly nothing short of making IC the best place to bank and the best place to work anywhere. Our employees are enjoying the new Fish! philosophy in which they are encouraged to have fun especially with you, our Members. We want them to “make your day” so that each time you visit us it will not only be a pleasant experience but Fun as well. Stay tuned for the fun things we are planning for the rest of 2009 and into 2010.
I know many of our Members do not look forward to the winter months, which bring snow and cold weather. Remember that we are here in all kinds of weather to help you make decisions with regards to your financial matters. We also take great pride in helping to educate you on important things that could have an effect on you personally such as the H1N1 flu. Please take the time to read all the information we have on our website to help prepare you and your family should you be affected by this flu.
In closing, I would like to thank everyone for making my first year such a memorable one. Thank you for your confidence and trust in IC Federal Credit Union and as always we will continue to work hard for you, our Members “Because It’s all about you.”…Really!
